Since the seed of fly fishing started to grow, he calls himself a lost. Stephan Dombaj, Pro Team Loop Member, is one of the enviable person who can call fly fishing and -casting their passion. In order to serve the idea: "catch the memory - release the fish", he´s equipped with both video and photo camera to bring you countless and priceless impressions he collected across the globe during his trips from spawning giant trouts in Argentina to the boiling bait balls in the caribbean sea.
 
So far, he has been setting hooks in several countries around the globe including Korea, Russia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Argentina, Iceland, Canada, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia, Bosnia, Austria, Denmark and more. His curriculum vitae includes experiences as a guide and scout for migrating fish in Patagonia where he has spent a several seasons as a guide. His extensive knowledge about both the practical and the theoretical aspects of fly fishing  has made him an irreplaceable part of LOOP's equipment and field testing team.

On demand, Stephan takes over the South-America operations by Solid Adventures and becomes the youngest camp mananger in the history of the Rio Gallegos Camp (Las Buitreras) and Jurassic Lake base camp (2011/2012). 

 
The wide range of species and his professional approach towards fishing have no space left for substandard missions. By creating "The Fly Fishing Nation" in 2006 and the beta version in 2010 he has taken this priority to a new level.
